Show the stay. Keep the desk moving.

Plan hotel social posts around a room detail, breakfast information and the arrangements guests ask about. Prepare Facebook and Instagram versions, have the right colleague check the room category, offer dates and inclusions, then schedule them. Booking availability and rates still need confirmation through your own booking process.

Keep the room and the offer in agreement.

Give every photo a purpose

Collect room, food and neighborhood photos. Pair each with a useful detail, then prepare your posts together in one batch.

Keep promises current

Review room features, seasonal services and event dates before scheduling. Use the planner to revisit updates when plans change.

Name the room category and booking route

A room photograph should match the category being described. Check whether breakfast, parking or a late checkout is included, and name the booking channel guests should use. Confirm dates and availability before scheduling; Nuntio does not synchronize room inventory or promise bookings.

Start with a local tip

A free afternoon is a good reason to explore. Tell reception what you enjoy, and ask for a nearby walk or a place to stop for lunch.

A room detail

Show a feature guests ask about, such as the workspace or bathroom layout. Name the room category so the photo does not imply every room is the same.

A morning at the property

Photograph breakfast before guests arrive. Explain serving times and whether it is included or costs extra.

A nearby event

Share an event guests might visit, with a checked date and travel detail. Schedule it while there is still time to plan.

A few things to know.

Does Nuntio track bookings from social posts?

No. Nuntio helps you prepare, review and schedule posts. Booking attribution and social analytics are not available. See the roadmap for planned features.

Can different staff prepare and review posts?

Yes. Reception can check check-in and booking arrangements, while the kitchen checks breakfast details. Keep their feedback with the draft and approve the version that will be scheduled.

Can I schedule Instagram Stories?

Not yet. Instagram publishing supports a single feed image or one Reel. Stories and carousels are not supported. See the roadmap for planned features.
