An example holiday-hours update
Draft the exact closure and reopening dates, have a manager review them, then schedule the Page announcement before the holiday. Check the outcome after the scheduled time.
To schedule a Facebook Page post in Nuntio, connect the Page, prepare your text and supported media, save the draft and approve its Page version. Choose a date and time in the displayed timezone, then confirm the scheduled publication. Saving or approving a draft alone does not put it on the calendar.
Saving, approving and scheduling are separate steps.
In Channels, connect Facebook and complete the provider authorization. Choose the Page you manage and check its identity. Nuntio publishes to Pages, not personal profiles or Groups.
Use Write, select the Page destination and add your text. Include a link, supported images or one video when useful. Upload new files to the media library and attach the ones you want the post to use.
Save the draft and open Review. Check dates, prices, opening hours and attached media. Approve the Page destination once the saved content is correct.
Open Schedule from the draft, select the approved Page and choose its date and time. Select Schedule. If you use Rhythms on Starter or higher, Queue can place the approved version in the channel's next free slot.
Find the publication in the schedule and confirm the Page and time. Open it to reschedule or cancel while those actions are available. A later draft edit does not silently replace its saved content.
Once the first publication is scheduled, prepare the next service reminder or opening-hours change. The Facebook scheduler overview explains supported content; use the planner to check the Page identity and time before repeating the routine.
