Keep access in the right hands.
Protect your sign-in, give teammates their own memberships and review the credentials that can access your workspace.
Three kinds of access.
Separate controls.
- Your account
- Two-step sign-in and active sessions
- Your workspace
- Individual memberships and roles
- Your channels
- Provider permissions and encrypted credentials
Add a second sign-in step
Enable two-step sign-in for your user account. Store your recovery codes somewhere you can access if your usual second factor is unavailable. Sensitive account actions may require you to authenticate again.
Review active sessions
Use the session list to inspect your signed-in sessions and revoke ones you no longer need. Each teammate should use their own account so access does not depend on a shared sign-in.
Give people the access they need
Workspace memberships and roles determine what each person can do. Nuntio scopes workspace records and checks permissions for actions such as editing, reviewing and publishing. Review membership access when responsibilities change.
Protect channel credentials
Nuntio encrypts stored channel access tokens, access-token secrets and refresh tokens. Connecting a channel grants the permissions approved with its provider; it is separate from granting someone a workspace membership.
Revoke credentials you no longer use
Nuntio supports scoped, revocable access tokens. Review their authority and revoke unused tokens. Disconnect a channel or revoke a session when that access is no longer needed.
When a teammate leaves
Review their workspace membership and any access credentials associated with their responsibilities. Update who can edit, review and publish instead of leaving a shared sign-in in use.
A few things to know.
Is two-step sign-in a workspace role?
No. Two-step sign-in protects a user's authentication. A workspace membership determines what that user is allowed to do in the workspace.
Does a connected channel give a teammate access?
No. Provider authorization and workspace membership are separate. Manage who can use the workspace through its membership settings.
Is this a compliance certification?
No. This page describes supported product controls. It does not assert a security certification or regulatory compliance status.
