Who is responsible
EthosLink LLC operates Nuntio. Our postal address is 2604 Whittier Place, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States. Use the contact form below for questions about this notice or your information.
Information you give us
Account records include your email, display name, sign-in credentials and preferences. Workspace records include memberships, connected channel identities and permissions, posts, uploaded media, review decisions, schedules and delivery history. Contact enquiries contain your name, reply email, business and message, plus any optional context you choose to add. Printable-planner requests contain your email and optional business type; requesting the download does not subscribe you to marketing. Avoid putting patient information, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive data in an enquiry or post.
Information recorded while you use Nuntio
Sign-in sessions record browser and network information. Operational records help us investigate errors, secure accounts and inspect publishing outcomes. If campaign labels accompany a contact visit, we save that entry context with the enquiry. The contact funnel does not add an advertising tracker or send form contents to an analytics service.
Why we process it
We use account and workspace information to provide the service you request, administer subscriptions and deliver your approved content. We process enquiry information to respond and discuss the next step you requested. Security, abuse prevention and service investigation support our legitimate interests in operating a reliable service. Legal and accounting obligations may require retaining transaction records. Where processing requires consent, you may withdraw it through the contact form. Sending an enquiry is not consent to a newsletter.
Connected channels and service providers
Connecting a channel authorizes the permissions shown by its provider. Publishing sends the selected content to that destination, where the provider’s own terms and privacy rules apply. Nuntio uses Hetzner object storage for private media and Stripe for payment processing; email delivery and hosting infrastructure also process the information needed for their tasks. We store billing references and subscription information rather than asking you to put card details into a contact form. We may disclose records when lawfully required or when needed to investigate abuse and protect rights.
Cookies and security
Nuntio uses cookies for browser sessions, form security and continuity, including returning to the optional enquiry step. Blocking these can prevent sign-in or form completion. The marketing pages and contact funnel do not introduce advertising cookies. Stored channel access credentials are encrypted and private media access is controlled by workspace permissions. These safeguards reduce risk; no online service can promise absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and workspace records for the service and its operational history. Enquiries remain available to staff for responding and managing the resulting discussion; staff can remove them when no longer needed. Retention can continue where accounting, security, disputes or legal obligations require it. Request closure or deletion through the contact form. We will explain any records that must be retained; deleting a Nuntio record does not itself remove a post already delivered to an external platform.
International processing
EthosLink LLC is a US company and infrastructure and platform providers can process information in other countries. The safeguards required for a transfer depend on where you are and which provider is involved. Contact us for information about the processing relevant to your workspace. This notice does not claim that all data remains in one country or that accepting a privacy notice alone supplies every transfer safeguard.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Choose Privacy or legal in our contact form. We may need to verify identity before sharing or changing records. You may also complain to your relevant data protection authority. Workspace customers remain responsible for the permissions and lawful basis for personal information they put into posts and media.
Age and changes
Nuntio is for adults using it for their business or organization. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. We will update this page when the notice changes and use an appropriate service notice for material changes. The date above identifies this Nuntio notice, rather than backdating it to the company website’s policy.
