The Privacy Policy explains how Nuntio handles account information, workspace records, connected channels, uploaded media and enquiries. Start there if you want to understand what information the service uses, why it is processed or how to make a request about it.

The Terms and Conditions describe using the service, your responsibilities for the content you supply, connected platforms and subscriptions. Read them before creating an account or choosing a paid plan. Each document includes its own update date and should be read in full.

Your sign-in details and personal preferences belong to your user account. Workspace memberships determine what you can do with that business’s content. Connected channels also depend on permissions granted through their providers. These are separate parts of using Nuntio, even when the same person manages them.

When you contact us, explain which part your question concerns and what you want to understand or change. A short description helps us identify the request without asking you to share unrelated account or customer information.

Choose a privacy or legal request in Contact to ask about your information or one of these documents. You can use the form without joining a workspace. These requests go directly to the enquiry flow and do not ask you to complete the optional business questionnaire.

Include an email where we can reply and a clear description of your request. Keep passwords, patient details and other unnecessary sensitive information out of the message. We may need to verify your identity before sharing personal records or changing an account.
