Choose the workflow you will actually use.

Nuntio gives a Facebook-and-Instagram team one place to prepare drafts, request changes, approve saved versions and check scheduled deliveries. Use the hotel week below to see that routine in practice, then compare it with the workflow available in your own Meta Business Suite account.

Start with your routine.

Compare the work your team needs to keep together, then follow the example week below.

One hotel week, from offer to arrival.

Illustrative exercise: three updates, each prepared for Facebook and Instagram. Replace the details with your property’s verified information.

Monday: Announce a weekend stay

Confirm offer dates, room category and booking route.

Wednesday: Show what breakfast includes

Have the kitchen check the inclusions and service times.

Friday: Explain arrival arrangements

Have reception confirm check-in information before the weekend.

In Nuntio

  1. Prepare three shared drafts, then adapt each Facebook and Instagram version with its own caption and supported image.
  2. Keep reception and kitchen feedback with the drafts. Request changes, save the corrected details and approve each channel version.
  3. Schedule the six approved versions at exact times. Inspect their delivery outcomes after publishing is attempted.

Six confirmed channel deliveries fit within the Free plan’s ten-delivery monthly limit, provided no other deliveries have used that capacity.

In Meta Business Suite

  1. Prepare the Facebook and Instagram posts using the publishing options available in your account.
  2. Have your team verify the same room, breakfast and arrival details through the review process you use there.
  3. Use the available scheduling controls and check the resulting posts and account records.

Meta documents managing Facebook and Instagram together. This page does not assert that its current review features are absent or that Nuntio is faster.

A planning example, not a timed product test. Choose Nuntio for the supported workspace routine shown here.

Keep the review decision with the post

A caption can be ready while a room rate or offer date still needs checking. In Nuntio, a colleague can request a change and approve a saved channel version before it is scheduled. That workflow can matter even when Facebook and Instagram are your only networks.

Prepare the same facts for two different posts

Start with one hotel announcement, then customize the Facebook detail and Instagram caption or image. Keep the versions attached to the shared draft. Check that the room category, inclusions and booking route agree before approving either version.

Consider the networks you use

Nuntio supports Facebook Pages, eligible Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn and X. A shared draft can have different text or media for each channel. Check the supported formats before moving your routine; Instagram Stories and carousels are not supported here.

Compare the routine and the cost

Nuntio Free includes two channels and ten confirmed channel deliveries per month. Starter is $50 per month with five channels, 100 deliveries and Rhythms. Growth is $100 with 15 channels and 500 deliveries; Professional is $200 with 30 channels and 2,000 deliveries. One post delivered to two channels uses two deliveries.

Try a real week before choosing a plan

Use the example as a decision exercise with your own content and team. The Nuntio steps describe supported behavior; Meta’s available controls depend on your account. This is not a timed test or evidence that one tool is faster or more reliable.

A useful reason to choose the workspace

Choose Nuntio if you want the draft, review discussion, approved versions and delivery history to stay together through the posting week. Additional networks are available when you need them; they are not a prerequisite for using this workflow.

A few things to know.

Does Nuntio replace every Business Suite feature?

No. Nuntio is a publishing workspace. It does not offer an ads manager, customer-message inbox or verified audience analytics workflow. See the roadmap for planned features.

Is this a tested comparison?

No. This page describes Nuntio's supported workflow and narrow facts from Meta's own public material. It does not claim that Nuntio is easier, faster or more reliable than Business Suite.

Can I start without a paid subscription?

Yes. Nuntio Free includes two channels and ten confirmed deliveries per month. You can try the Facebook-and-Instagram workflow within those limits, then choose a paid plan if your workload needs more capacity or recurring slots.
