Find the post before scheduling it twice.
To find an Instagram post scheduled in Nuntio, open the workspace that owns the Instagram channel and check its planner for the intended date. Confirm the channel and recorded status before creating another post. Drafts and schedules made directly in Instagram or another tool are separate from Nuntio’s scheduled publications.

Check the existing publication before creating another.
Look in the right workspace
Choose the workspace that owns the Instagram channel, then open the schedule. Use the week or month view for the intended date, or List to review recorded publications. Check the channel name as well as the caption.
Read the status before acting
Scheduled means there is upcoming work. Published means delivery was confirmed. Failed or On hold needs attention; Needs verification means the result is uncertain. Open the publication for its saved content, time and delivery history.

If you only find a draft
Open the draft and check whether its Instagram destination was approved and scheduled. Save and Approve do not create a publication. If no publication exists, complete the scheduling step once.
If the time has passed
Inspect the publication's outcome and check Instagram when delivery needs verification. Do not create a replacement simply because you cannot see the post in the expected view. Resolve the existing publication's status first.
If you scheduled somewhere else
Check the tool you used, whether Instagram or Meta Business Suite, and confirm the account and date. Nuntio's schedule records work scheduled in Nuntio; it is not an imported inventory of every native Instagram schedule. Use Instagram's official help for the current steps in your account.

No. Approval is a review decision. Schedule or Queue creates the publication.

Check the Instagram destination and record what you found using the publication's available resolution actions before deciding whether another delivery is needed.
