Connect and confirm the channel
Connect the X account you manage and confirm its identity. X is available on Free for now; provider usage is quoted separately before you commit to publishing.
Write and attach the media
Write the caption and attach up to four images, one GIF or one MP4 video. X uses a weighted 280-character limit, including its link-counting rules. Video and GIF posts cannot be mixed with other media. Upload files to the library if needed, then attach the files you want this draft to use.
Save and approve the version
Save the draft and open Review. Check the facts, links and attached media for the X channel. Resolve any validation issues, then approve the saved version with a membership that has review permission.

Choose the time
Open Schedule, select the approved X version and choose a date and time in the displayed workspace timezone. Confirm the action to create a scheduled publication. Check any displayed capacity or cost requirements before committing.
Inspect the scheduled record and outcome
Find the X publication in the planner and check the identity and time. After that time, inspect the outcome. If delivery needs verification, check the destination before deciding whether another attempt is needed.
