Let someone help. Keep a say in what goes out.

Review a saved social post before it is scheduled. In Nuntio, a colleague with review permission can request a change or approve the version for a particular channel. Approval records that decision; it does not publish the post. Your team remains responsible for the facts, permissions and wording it approves.

A detail worth checking.

A holiday-hours update, from draft to decision.

  1. Needs review

    “We reopen on Tuesday.”

  2. A specific change

“Please include the date and reopening time.”

  3. Approved

“We reopen Tuesday, January 5 at 9am.”

Ready for a separate scheduling step.
Illustrative example. Your content, channels and times are yours to choose.

Review the actual version

Open Review from the draft and inspect each destination's saved text and media. A Facebook version and an Instagram version can need different checks, even when they announce the same thing.

Ask for a specific change

Use Revise with a note when a price, date, photo or phrase needs attention. The request stays with the draft so the person making the edit knows what to fix.

Keep approval separate from the schedule

Approve records a decision for the saved version and destination. Someone with publishing permission then chooses when to schedule it. Changed content needs a fresh review rather than borrowing approval from an older version.

Invite the people who help

Give each person a workspace membership and an appropriate role. Every plan includes unlimited team members with no per-seat fees, so adding a manager or assistant does not add a seat charge.

An example clinic update

A team member drafts a holiday-hours announcement. The manager checks the dates and contact details, requests one correction and approves the revised destination before it is scheduled.

A few things to know.

Can I withdraw an approval?

Yes. Withdrawing a standing approval puts its scheduled publications on hold. Check the affected work before recording a new decision.

Does review check whether a claim is medically or legally acceptable?

No. It records your team's decision. Your business is responsible for checking the content it approves.

Can the person preparing a post also approve it?

What a member can do depends on their workspace permissions. Choose roles to match the responsibilities you want each person to have.
